Rovely allows you to plan, organize, and manage travel itineraries, including generating itineraries using automated or artificial intelligence tools.

The App may require updates in order to continue using certain features or the Service.
The Service may rely on third-party providers to deliver certain features and functionality, including authentication, analytics, mapping, advertising, and content delivery services.
We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, reliability, or performance of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You may add text, notes, preferences, and itinerary information to Rovely (“User Content”).
You retain full ownership of your User Content.
User Content remains private by default and is not visible to other users within the App unless you explicitly choose to share it outside the Service (for example, through export, link sharing, or screenshots).
We do not use User Content for advertising or promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt in.
To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You may revoke this license at any time by deleting your User Content or your account.
Some content within Rovely may be generated using automated or artificial intelligence systems.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Rovely does not guarantee the availability, safety, cost, hours of operation, accessibility, or quality of any destination, activity, or service referenced in any itinerary.
All travel decisions and associated risks remain solely your responsibility.
Certain features of the Service may be offered for a fee in the future.
If paid features are introduced, pricing and payment terms will be clearly presented within the App before purchase.
All purchases made through an app store are subject to the applicable store provider’s payment terms and policies.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or introduce new charges at any time, with reasonable notice where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You may delete your account at any time through the App.
Upon termination or account deletion, your data may be permanently removed from the Service. You are responsible for exporting or saving any important information before deleting your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rovely and its owners, affiliates, partners, and employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
